We source the day of your arrival from farms and co-operatives across Malta and Gozo, which means nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing is shipped further than it needs to be.
Packs are delivered in reusable crates. Glass, not plastic, wherever the product allows. Anything unsold at the end of a delivery run goes to local food partners rather than to landfill.
