Common Questions
When do you deliver?
We shop fresh on the day of each delivery and place your pack in your apartment before your stated check-in date, so it is in the fridge when you walk in. Nothing is pre-bought or stored.
How many people does a pack cover?
Every pack is priced per person, per morning, at the same rate whatever the size of your party — the price on the menu is the price you pay each. We ask for a minimum of 2 guests, and we use the exact number to get the quantities right: an extra croissant, one more egg. For 6 or more guests, choose Tailor Made.
Can I order more than one pack?
Yes — select as many as you like, and each one keeps its own milk and protein choices.
What if something I ordered isn't available?
If an item is unavailable we substitute it with an equivalent, or contact you first.
Do the extras have to match my breakfast days?
No. Extras are priced per portion rather than per guest, and you can set a different number of days for them than for breakfast. This applies to the Protein Boost, avocado, second water bottle, Evening Snack Pack and Kids Snack Pack.
How do allergens work?
Items are sold in their original manufacturer packaging with full ingredient and allergen information intact. Please tell us about any allergies in the order form. We take reasonable care, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment during shopping and delivery.
How does Tailor Made pricing work?
A €15 service fee plus the exact cost of what we buy, with the receipt provided to you. List up to 10 items with your quantities and we will message you on WhatsApp to confirm before shopping.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Our packs contain fresh, perishable groceries shopped and delivered the same day, so the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. You can cancel or change free of charge up until [24 hours] before your first delivery date — after that, shopping may already be underway.
